1. Height
Measure it standing straight with your back against a wall. From the floor to the top of your head.
2. Chest girth
Measure under armpits, straight across fullest part of chest.
3. Waist girth
Measure your waist circumference at the narrowest part. Keep the tape a finger or two loose.
4. Hips girth
Measure your hips at the fullest point, standing with feet together.
5. Inseam
Measure from crotch to desired end of pants.
6. Sleeve
Bend your elbow and place hand on hip. Measure from center of back of your neck, along shoulder and down around the elbow to the wrist.
